Self-love yoga tutorials are for everyone. Even if you have never tried yoga before! I’ve been practicing this spiritual yoga style for several years now. It’s about feeling liberated, giving love to your body and taking care of it. I practice this style by myself at home.
After all, your body carries you through life and it’s such a wonderful mechanism. We often forget it and don’t think deeper than how we look on the outside.
Your uniqueness is your power and this practice can remind you about it. You don’t have to compare yourself to others.
I did modelling when I was younger and your body is evaluated almost daily. You are so young and all the critiques stay in your mind. So I started to see only faults in my body, whenever I looked in the mirror.
Once I understood that yoga is not about what poses you can do but how it makes you feel on the inside, I really fell in love with it! Something just clicked inside of me. It was all I needed.
My photography journey got me into practicing nude! Once I started photographing yoga poses for my Instagram account, soon after it became part of my practice too.
Finally I graduated as a yoga teacher during the summer in 2019! There is still so much to learn and some days I feel like I don’t know anywhere near enough to teach others...
I’m nervous about teaching classes (especially in English!) but then I thought why not do something online based on my own experience of this yoga style. Knowledge that I’ve gathered from my practice, yoga teacher training and after that…

Short moments of self-love. What does each tutorial consist of?
You can do playlist of my music suggestions, add these poses in your practice or just combine them together. Most of them are yin yoga style, so you can stay in the pose for longer (1-5 minutes).
Don’t rush, listen to your body and focus on your breath. Yoga is not too serious and these pose tutorials were created to inspire you to take time for yourself.
